In spite of making an application trusted and also giving rights to have tcp in / out the connection from the external world deos not reach my pc at home. However the same works once, i set to give access to all connections.
Can this bug be resolved.
Please post a screenshot of your Network Rules. I suspect that a trusted Zone (and/or network rules) has not been defined and can confirm that (along with instructions for the remedy) with a screenie.
This is not a bug. You must create necessary network control rules. Giving an application full access does not open anything to outside.
