Bug in Help system?

Using CIS 3.9.95478.509 with English or Dutch interface language I get the following error message when selecting Help.

The window name “Mainwin” passed to HH_GET_WIN_TYPE has not been specified.

When I press “OK” twice finally cfp.chm (English) is opened.

The only reference to ‘Mainwin’ that I could find is in the file cfp.russian.chm in de CIS program directory.

A Dutch translation of the help system is not ready yet, so there is no cfp.dutch.chm.
I tried to compile a Dutch version with reference to Mainwin but that made no difference,

I am having the same issue in 3.13.120417.573

Specifically i receive two Error Dialogs as attached.
After Clicking OK on these errors, the help does actually load.

I got the same situation too, CIS version is 3.13.125662.579.

FIXED!
I don’t know what happened with HTML Help Workshop, but anyway, here are the steps:

  1. uninstall,
  2. install as Administrator (not my user, the default system Administrator /simple install didn’t solve the problem, so strange…/),
  3. CIS restarted, problem solved.
