Welcome to the forum!

What support? You mean you have submitted a support ticket ( http://support.comodo.com ), but have not get any response? Or what do you mean by “If support is this bad”?

Comodo support did not take it

Open it again. All you have to do is reply when you’re logged in that ticket submitting site.

Hi fishingjoe

Comodo support did not take it

I’m not really sure what that means, what actually happened when you tried to submit the ticket?

Also, it would help if you could provide some more details regarding the problem:

What were you doing when the event occurred?
Is the problem repeatable?
Is the firewall installed/working?
