Bug? CAVS Beta 2.0.9.30 crashes when I hit "help" from tray icon

It reliably / repeatedly crashes every time I RMB the tray icon and then select “help”

I’m running on MS XP Home SP2

Given that I can’t reproduce either of your two reported conditions on 6 PCs, I would suspect a faulty installation of CAVS. Can you please uninstall, reboot, redownload (just in case there was a problem with the original download), reinstall and reboot.

Nor i can reproduce this.

the same happens here, i believe it has something to do with using EI7. opening the help file from “c/program files/comodo/comodo antivirus” works, in safe mode also no problems
the new beta has this problem too.
uninstalling EI7 helped in my case

I got Hungarian IE 7.0.5730.11 here and tried next to ie 6 as well, but i couldn’t reproduce it. Maybe it’s related with the simple help system which maybe damaged, can you give it a try and run a repair? Type in “sfc /scannow” (you’ll need your OS cd-rom)
