I can not play Asphalt 8.

1)Did you Lock this Application?
2)This problem one time happen or permanently
3)It becomes when you rotate screen or not? (which screen mode portrail/landscape)

Yes

“Auto Rotate” is disabled → The issue is not happened.

“Auto Rotate” is enabled → The issue exists permanently.
