Buffer overflow attack

Hi,
this is the first time I’ve posted and I’m not sure if this is in the right place or not!

I downloaded a game from Gamehouse and got a warning from Comodo saying it was a buffer overflow attack and shellcode. I have no idea what it is, and having looked around Google for an answer I still don’t know what to do about it! Is it ever ok to let the game run in this situation?
