  1. A firewall.

  2. An option for SMS and calls that are not in contacts to be blocked when new SMS and calls happen.

  3. More than 1 buddy number for theft. Maybe up to 5.

  4. Option to not need buddy numbers so anyone who knows the password can send commands.

  5. Perhaps admin rights to make uninstall by thieves harder.

  6. Listening in remotely (helpful for theft or lost phones).

  7. A way to access the phone online with a web browser.

  8. Website protection for all Android browsers.

  9. Make CMS integrate into the phone ROM so if it is reset, CMS and all its settings remain.

  10. Make the map link for the locate# command changeable so other services can be used instead such as my current favorite Bing.

It is already. Buddy number is only for SIM change alerts. You can send command from any phone. All you have to do is know a password.

how about scanning files like pics and videos that users download not just apps

I don’t see a point. Virus for Android = malicious application. There is no need to scan videos and pictures.
