What you did:I have tried several attempts to do a full computer scan

What actually happened or you actually saw:Scan starts Ok but my computer crashes, not always at the same time or same file as far as I know

What you expected to happen or see:Full scan to complete

How you tried to fix it & what happened:disabled scanning of archives, reduced heuristics to low, turned off screen saver, turned off Hibernation, turned off Sleep…No effect still BSOD

Any other information you think may help us: I had this problem with CIS 4 and uninstalled for this reason

CIS version, AV database version & configuration used:CIS Premium 5.0162636.1135, AVDB 6235, Proactive + safemode for Defense+ & Firewall, Antivir at Stateful

Defense+ and Sandbox OR Firewall security level:Safemode sandbox enabled

OS version, service pack, no of bits, UAC setting, & account type:Windows 7 ultimate (all windows updates applied), 32bit, UAC OFF, Administrator account

Other security and utility software running:I have tried it with only CIS running All other unnecessary programs and background updaters etc stopped using the Task Manger, No other security software running, I do have Sandboxie installed but this is not set to run at start up only on demand and has never been loaded during a scan

Virtual machine used (Please do NOT use Virtual box):NONE

Amendment…Comodo’s Diagnostics didn’t find any errors, this is a clean install on a recently installed OS
