BSOD on XP, UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP

Windows XP SP3 32-bit
COMODO Internet Security 10.0.2.6420, Secure shopping 1.1.40.5760.79, Internet Security Essentials 1.2.424651.94

The problem seems to be caused by the following file: ntoskrnl.exe
UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP
Technical Information:
*** STOP: 0x1000007f (0x00000008, 0x80042000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)
*** ntoskrnl.exe - Address 0x8051cb17 base at 0x804d7000 DateStamp 0x4f857a9b

To reproduce… Not sure, but sumtimes I start a browser (Firefox 52.5.2ESR) without Container, then some time later start it in Container…

CIS have deleted some malware from %temp% folder during full GMER scan.

It looks like I’m paranoid, but is it potentially unsafe to publicate information like full GMER report? :-[
Thank you very much.

Thanks, team will check.

Hi Volum,
We have investigated and we need full memory dump to understand it further.

May you please check if you have that created as well?

Thanks
-umesh

Hi Umesh, I’m very sorry, but have not full dump. I will configure the system and hope to get full memory dump in the future…

I just worry about Malware@#2975xfk8s2pq1, CIS catched it only during the GMER scan. Also I will try to upload CIS diagnostic report.
Best regards

Failed to upload Diagnostic Report :embarassed: After uploading a new topic dialog opens…
Tired of this…
Anyway, the situation looks like somebody is hacking my computer and the system crashes when the browser started in Container. I hope to provide COMODO team more information in the future.

Check issue with 10.1.0.6464 and provide more details if issue still occurs.

CIS freezes the OS :-\

Hi Volum,
Those changes we unit tested are not part of v6464 build yet.
We will be releasing another build hopefully by tomorrow and will suggest you to test.

Thanks
