Welcome to the forum.

A couple of questions, what are your settings for DEP and why are you still using firefox 15? In addition, can you provide some details regarding your CIS configuration.

Hello Radaghast
My settings for DEP are :“Turn on DEP for essential Windows programs and services only”
and i tried to turn DEP off for firefox and i couldnt
and i’m still using firefox 15 because some addons like kaspersky internet security addons are not compatible with later versions of firefox
i didnt change anything in CIS after installing and options are still the same
and i uninstalled it and browsers are working ,but i really need to install it
do you have a solution bro
Note :i’m running windows 7 64 bit with kaspersky internet security 2013 installed
and also keyscrumbler ,malewarebytes and zemana anti keylogger

May I assume you also haven’t enabled hardware DEP, assuming your processor supports it?

It seems Kaspersky has problems keeping their software up to date. However, you can might install
their patch D assuming there isn’t anything more recent, at least it will give you compatibility with firefox 17. You can, if you wish, also ‘bump’ the compatibility of add-ons to make them work with later versions of firefox.

My next suggestion, which you probably won’t like, is to eliminate any possible conflicts between all the different security applications you have installed, starting with the removal of kaspersky and then testing.

It’s written that “Your computer’s processor supports hardware-based DEP”

Thank you so much bro for the patch ,i didnt know about it ,i updated to firefox 18 and addons are working fine

i started to remove them and i found that Exploit shield is making the conflict and preventing the browsers from launching after installing CIS
i installed Exploit shield to protect from Drive By Downloads ,but i removed it now and everything works ok with CIS
Thank you so much bro for helping
