I have problems with browser.
When I open the browser and choose an address from bookmarks I get this. After I close the window, everything works normally.
Sometimes I have to close 2-3 windows, sometimes just 1.
Try exporting the bookmarks to an html file then importing them into a portable installation of Dragon to check if the issue reproduces on a clean profile. Also, try clearing browsing data and see if it helps.
