Hello all,
I am a brand new user, had "comodo’ highly recommended by the “Avast” people. Loaded on yesterday, and now have two problems… I can’t access the administrator area of “Safeeyes” (internet safety filter), and I cannot figure out how to install the latest java…
Java problem: have gone to the website and followed all suggestions to no avail.
Safeeyes: when I log on to the administrator window (popup) it is turns flat grey after plugging in name and password and “enter”
Any suggestions for a non-techie would be greatly appreciated!
