Boot Up problems with V3

Success! I’ve found out what was causing the reboot/looping when a new version of Comodo was installed.
I posted the problem over on a security forum and one of its members came up with the solution.
What was causing it was a process that was running called InCD
InCD comes with Nero Ahead a cd burning program and loads at bootup even though Nero is not activated.
I went into msconfig/Services and stopped “InCD file service system” from running and then rebooted.
Uninstalled Comodo and was then able to successfully install and run the latest version of Comodo. (:CLP)

I did a Google on InCD and apparently this program can cause reboot problems with some software. In my case, Comodo.
