I have tried several times to import my bookmarks from Chrome to Dragon, and it doesn’t happen. I then tried to import the same bookmarks I have in Firefox and it was imported in just a few seconds.
Just wanted to inform you about this, otherwise I think Dragon seems be a better choice than Chrome and Firefox.

We are aware that there are import issues in the current version. To overcome this you can export your Chrome bookmarks to an HTML file then import the file into Dragon.
