I have the latest versions of BOClean installed on 32bit and 64bit Vista Ultimate. No problems with the 64bit version. On bootup the 32bit version is blocking the startup of BOClean. This began to occur after the last version update. I have tried to use Vista’s software explorer, but this program is listed as “not yet classified.” I have also uninstalled/reinstalled the program with the same results. I have to give permission for this program every time I boot. I must be missing a setting somewhere. I have the program set to run as administrator. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Hi rick3271, welcome to the forum
Strange one indeed :-\ Are you sure no other ( security ) program is the culprit here ???
Thanks for the welcome! Yep, the only other security program running is Avast Home Edition and Windows Firewall. This one has me stumped. I really don’t want to search/delete for entries in the registry.
