I checked the minidump with Bluescreenview and it does not seem to be pointing to CIS. It points to a problem with tcpip.sys driver.
AS Eric suggested, the problem appears to be related to tcpip.sys, at least in part. Any new drivers installed recently?

If the problem continues, it may be worth investigating with Driver Verifier

I had an issue with graphics not posted correctly lately,shut down was taking hours,and the pc was getting less and less responsive, i tried to verify with verifier.exe but the windows did not boot so i had it restore back to previous and everything runs smoothly. Was it a virus?
The default preferences on the drivers according to VERIFIER.EXE is set to NO all of them
Example:
DMA check no, security check no, etc.
