Is there a possible way for me to block a word then have it block every website containing the word. also the word with a sentence?

Yes, you can do this using the website filter in CIS, however blocking HTTPS is inconsistent so while http://something.com/foot will always be blocked, another website using https://something.com/foot may or may not be.
