Comodo is putting some trusted apps in the sandbox aswell as asking permission to launch some even tho they are in my trusted files list.
How can I prevent this?

Nope. Both have to do with music, tho.

I don’t know why it is blocking them if they haven’t been updated, but there is a workaround that should help. Change the applications security policy to the Installer or Updater policy.

Defense+ → Computer Security Policy
If the application doesn’t already have a rule created, click the Add button and browse to the application you are having problems with.
If there is already a rule for the application, highlight it and click Edit, then change the policy.
