Blocking connections through IE and Chrome

I’ve recently had Comodo Internet Security Premium installed by a PC repair service. Until today I’ve been able to connect to the Internet through Internet Explorer or Chrome (preferred browser). Suddenly I get a message saying the connection to the Internet has been blocked by Comodo on both browsers. Suggestions are to remove it from the trusted list and readd it but it’s not showing on the trusted list. When I try to add it (since it’s not showing) it tells me it’s already a trusted file.

Any advice?

Not to mention other issues since installing Comodo such as not being able to scroll up and down with my touchpad anymore (options to do this are now grayed out, were not before the install).

Can you post a screenshot of the alert that says Comoodo is blocking?
