Most of the cases C drive includes system files ,and if there are any hacker files in the C drive we can easily block with COMODO firewall .
it can take long time to get and search some suspicious files in C drive.it can take every time around more than 3 hours for all activities.
later system get stopped to process further.otherwise ,hackers can halt system.
when making system restore with advanced option in windows all blocked suspicious files get restored at same place and we need to block all files again.
please provide any solution with comodo firewall to permanently block files in windows OS,it shouldn’t return back after system restore too
This is the nature of System Restore in Windows. The settings for your CIS installation are stored in the registry. And SR restores the registry to an earlier time. Any other application’s settings on your PC would also revert back to that earlier point.
What you can do, is regularly export your CIS configuration to your documents folder (SR does not affect the user’s documents folder). Then after the restore, import that configuration from your documents.
