Blocking access to a website ??

Helo friends:

I have Comodo firewall and Kaspersky antivirus 2015 in Windows 7 64 bits. I am testing a program called Jdownloader, but when I try to update it wont let me, it seems that I have blocked the web “http://update.appwork.org/”. But if I do a ping from DOS if there is connection. No that is blocking this website, when I put into trusted zone all Jdownloader and java. The file host of Windows don’t block this web…

What else I can do?

I just logged supported by Kaspersky, and tell me that they have tried to connect to the web http://update.appwork.org/, not have been, the web is down … maybe is down…

And solved problems, was a failure in the system. You can delete the topic, finally is not related to the firewall.
