Hello,

what does this alert mean? my configuration is “Block all incoming connections”

But why want the router connect (ICMP) to my pc?

what does Type(3) and code(0) mean exactly?

There are several threads about this. Search around and you will find your answer. Your router should do most the work. Be sure your router is configured properly.
