Blocked packet not logged when using "dhcploc"

“dhcploc” is a utility from windows support tools that helps you check if the dhcp is working or find rogue dhcp servers. Since I installed Comodo (3.13.126709 ) this utility was not working anymore (the “discover” option) and I found the reason, the “Block fragmented IP datagrams” option that is enabled by default. The problem is that when this option blocks a packet, there is no entry in the log file. This is a very common situation in most firewalls, you get a packet blocked with no warning, log… whatsoever. Would it be much to ask to all firewall vendors to log everything?; that would make live a lot easier for sys admins.
