blocked IE - partially limited in sandbox.

I have some how blocked IE and Defense+ events says it is partially limited in sandbox. How do i remove it and give it full rights. Have added to trusted and get a message it is already a trusted file. It is not showing in blocked files

I have disabled cloud

Defence+execution control is treat unrecognised files as untrusted but I tried disablling thta. i also tried disabling the sandbox. IE will open but will not connect

Did you reset the sandbox to see after resetting the sandbox and running IE again it gets sandboxed?

Please check the Unrecognised Files list and remove IE from there when you find it there. Does that do the trick?

On what version of Windows are you? Is the mother process from which IE is started sandboxed or not sandboxed?

Can you check IE’s digital signature and see if it is valid? You will need to use the Sigcheck utility for that.

To know for sure that a system file is the original file you can use Sigcheck to see if it is digitally signed by Microsoft.

Download this zip archive and unpack it to C:\Program Files\SysinternalsSuite\ . When done run sigcheck.reg to add it to the registry.

When this is done navigate to the %Program Files%\Internet Explorer folder, look up and select iexplor.exe, click right and choose Signature from the context menu. A black command box will pop up. See if it is signed or not.

as far as i know nothing is sandboxed there is nothing in unrecognised files. The process/file i started ie from was the pc flank leak test
