Blocked File - Not sure if safe?

I’ve recently ran into a problem that I can’t seem to fix.

Comodo has blocked “wsqmcons.exe” several times and I’m not sure why. Avast scans have resulted in 0 infected files. I’ve tried submitting the file to CIMA & Valkyrie, but apparently I need access to the file first in order to click “OPEN.” I’m assuming I can’t now because Comodo has the file blocked off from access? I have no idea, honestly.

I’ve read some things online about viruses taking the form of this file, so I’d rather not unblock it if it’s going to pose a risk. Just not sure what action to take next because I can’t seem to verify if the file is ok or not.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

P.S. I’ve also tried several times (since this started happening) to update Win7. I get fatal errors when the update tries to interact with this file and I have to restart from a Restore Point.

Hello;

You should be able to unblock (if it is blocked) by going to CIS > AV > Quarantined Items :OR: CIS > Defense+ > Computer Security Policy > Blocked Files and Remove the file in question;

Than be able to submit it to CIMAS or Virus Total(Recommended)
