If i check the highlighted section of my firewall setting then what exactly is being blocked…Does it block comodo cloud etc.?
I want to be connected to the cloud but im uncertain what this setting is blocking in or outbound.?

If you select this box you get two choices ‘Allow or Block Requests’ with the default being Allow. Basically, if this is enabled, with the default settings, you won’t receive any alerts when something connects. Changing to block, will simply block connections without notification. It will, however, log the blocked connections.

I would say that if you want to use this setting to block the Comodo cloud lookup you also need to remove the application rule for CIS in Application Rules.

i dont want to block the cloud look up.I would prefer to remain connected in that respect.
