Block Port 49276 -- Is this a problem?

Hi All,

First time I have seen this request to allow or block my base router address

192.168.254.254
UDP
Port 49276

I have blocked it but did not have Comodo remember the blocking in case I need to allow it next start. I have had CIS installed for probably a month and never seen this request before.

Should I remember the block or allow it in future?

What are the Source and Destination port of the alert? Source would be UDP 49276 but the destination port is not known.
