I get the pop up comodo defense alerts for aol.exe wants to install global hook, and firefox.exe wants to install global hook, then a bunhc of Run DLL file errors… i ran the anti virus and found 18 viruses or problems so quarnatined then erased, then the thing popped up again… but only once this time… Anyone have any idea what “global hook” is and how i can get rid of it…

i got all that just what box needs to be unchecked… and now when i click on “browse” to upload pics to the internet the button doesnt work… on any site… but links, and all others do just not browse…
new info… i fixed the browse button deal just had to restart firefox… so the all i need to know is what box to uncheck or keep unchecked
Me, I Put Firefox as a trusted Application, but this isn’t really good for those who are paranoid (Because i only go on the forums and my website… and myspace and meebo…and leatherneck…) lol thats all i do…
So i never really got this alert before. so i’ll await while other mods help you

it hasnt come back since i ran the scanner so i think its gone maybe… And i only get on firefox for myspace, facebook, and slacker… and some Graphic Design download sites… all legit of course… thats cool if they can help its annoying asking every second blah blah.exe wants to install global hook… hey i sometimes get a .NET Framework warning when i start the machine up, you know what that might be or a quick fix to that… just a question… if you can help cool if not thanks… and Happy Holidays too…
