I understand that the forum or at least part of the forum need to have a different behavior for users that want to send information about wishes for features or problems about the products.
Ask to register, create a login and password, read the forum rules and search for similar posts disrupts the user enough to abort the operation and not send any information that may be important for the software and statistics.
The forum need a way to make easy send any information to the programmers or technical people.
Of course, some tools will need to be created to search, catalog what’s important… or not.
