I used CTC and I disconnected and after 3 hours not using the PC I went to Wikipedia and I saw a banner is on the site !

Install Comodo System Cleaner, it’s free, but you can do a complete wipe (accept defaults) of your system. Clears out temp files (privacy). Possiblly this might be your problem and the banner is probably seen from your system only.
I use system cleaner for months now I used it for this problem too but it didnt fix this problem but banner gone a day later.
