Baloon messages will NOT go away!

Hi,

I have “Show baloon messages” unticked. However, COMODO is still showing “updating database”, “database updated” and so on. How do I get rid of those?

Antivirus>scanner settings> untick show alerts/notification messages

You cannot disable the AV updating balloon messages; even when you as neried suggests.

That is too bad, as the baloon messages are REALLY annoying.

So what does this do, as neried suggested:

I don’t get any balloon messages unless there is a program update. ???

I have the notification icon hidden by default. Could that be it?

I have it enabled but now I disabled it. May be it was changed with 3.9 where I missed that change?

I get Baloon messages everytime it updates the AV, i wish it wouldn’t.
