Please set your computer to make a Complete Dump. Instructions on how to do that can be found here. This is a large dump, but the devs have let me know that they nearly always require a Complete Dump in order to fix these issues.

Please set your computer to make a complete dump. Then replicate this and upload the Complete Dump. Then add a download link for the Complete Dump in your first post.

Let me know once you have done this or you have any questions.

Thanks.

Hi,

I have also Complete dump file (size is 3.24 GB).

I’m going to upload it.

Regards,
Kardo

Great. That’s exactly what I need.

Once it’s uploaded, and the download link is added to the first post, let me know and I’ll forward this to the devs.

Thanks.

Complete Dump file is added.

Please note that this Complete dump [Complete Dump 1.7z] file is created after first BSOD - SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (ewusbwwan.sys).
If another Complete dump file is needed for second BSOD too then I’ll create it.

Kardo

Thank you very much for your report in standard format, with all information supplied. The care you have taken is much appreciated by Comodo, and will increase the likelihood that this bug can be fixed.

Developers may or may not communicate with you in the forum or by PM/IM, depending on time availability and need. Because you have supplied complete information they may be able to replicate and fix the bug without doing so.

Many thanks again.

Hi,

I am going to upload Complete dump and additional Minidump of second BSOD - BAD_POOL_CALLER.

Regards,
Kardo

Okay. Put it in your reply and I’ll then add it to the first post.

Thanks.

Uploaded 2 new files:

¤ Complete Dump 2.7z (Complete dump file) - [BSOD] BAD_POOL_CALLER
¤ Minidump3.7z - [BSOD] BAD_POOL_CALLER

Regards,
Kardo

Thank you.

As this was not fixed during the Beta testing period I will move this bug report to the main Bug Reporting Board.

Please check and see if this is fixed with the newest version (7.0.313494.4115)? Please let us know whether it is fixed or you are still experiencing the problem.

Thank you.

PM sent.

Thanks for checking this. I have updated the tracker.

The devs have informed me that this seems to be a compatibility problem. They have asked that I share the following link with you:

I will now move this to Resolved. Let me know if you think this designation has been in error.

Thank you.
