Backup process failed with error 46

I’m getting error 46 while trying to backup files. This has never worked since we purchased it. I was able to upload files one file at a time but trying to do a whole file with subfolders does not work . Please advise. Thank you.

So this will not backup external drives?

It can backup external drives. Error 46 indicates an invalid path, so we need more details.
Please post a screenshot of the issue with the Comodo Online Storage Communication.log in Installation folder.
