Backup file will not fit on destination source

I am trying to use Comodo Backup to back up my music files (~6GB). It seems to run fine but when writing to DVD it tries to write the entire set(too big and wont compress). Is there a way to tell the program to stop at a certain point and let me insert a new, blank DVD or is this something for the wish list. :THNK

I have not used Comodo Backup for file splitting but there is a setting you can check. Open edit for your backup and select the options tab. Near the bottom right there is a check box for split files for removable media. Try that. I have not had to use that setting yet so let me know how it works.

HyJaxLTD, were you ever able to get this to work? I have a similar situation. A large folder (approx 6 GB) that I want to backup but obviously won’t all fit on one DVD. However, I did check the Split Files box under the Options tab but no luck …
