Backup failed with code 1 (Internal error) on "Comodo online storage"

I want to make 2 backup: one on the server of my office and another on Online Storage; with GUI_3_Jan_2012 I have no problem with the incremental backup on the server. I have problem with the backup on online storage: don’t start!!! I have every time this error:

14.01.2012 09:53:00 Checking if file backup_inc_files|DATE1||TIME|.cbu can be used as backup base.

14.01.2012 09:53:00 Creating full backup “backup_inc_files_14_01_2012_09_53_00.cbu”
14.01.2012 09:53:00 Error Occurred
14.01.2012 09:53:00 Backup failed with code 1 (Internal error).

One time I hade this error:

Did you find what the problem is?

I still tried but I can make the back up on online storage because I have always error 1

Hi,

Please recreate the scheduled backup job and make sure the “Remember connection information” option on schedule page is checked.
It seems that the connection information was not stored properly and this caused the error.

Did you try to recreate the schedule job?
