Back up to NAS and failed with error code of 101117

I have CB 3.0 installed, and tried to back my C drive image to a NAS attached to router. The NAS is mapped as “Z” drive in my computer. When backup started, I can see the image in NAS destination folder created and updated with increased size along with back up time. However when the back up process was up to 98% completion, an error message of “Backup process failed with code 101117” shown up, and process stopped.

I can successfully backup same image to an external USB drive.

Please help to identify the error code. Thanks!

Error >10000 are derivatives of the standard Windows error codes.

Your error (101117) equates to “ERROR_IO_DEVICE - The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error”.

Possible hardware error with either the sources or destination disk.
