Yep the blue screen of death,

OS is XPpro and yes all the divers and updates are installed

I was surfing along seeing how well V 3.0.25.378 was going to work, then crash

Well it didn’t do that before the firewall install

MS reply was Additional steps for you to take, Please continue to send problem reports so analysts at Microsoft can study and try to correct the problem as quickly as possible
