If you are sure it is a false positive you could try the Program Excluder :
http://www.comodo.com/boclean/supboc.html#bocexc

That said, seems the proggie is not a malware by himself but could be use as, or by a real malware using it… (sorry for my poor English)

Absolutely correct. So, if you purposely downloaded it and intend to use it, just add it to BOClean’s Program Excluder.
