Because I need to connect it to the internet I installed antivirus Comodo Antivirus and PC Tools Spyware Doctor on my laptop which I use mainly for handling my videos taken with my JVC video camera. Unfortunately after installing these two software I started encountering a big problem with video editor AVS (is a programme that I use to convert the videos after shooting). The laptop freezes completely during conversion, not even the shutdown button works, I have to take out the battery and then put it again to its place to recover it.
I didn’t make any other changes so I’m suspecting one of these software.
Are there any known incompatibilities between Comodo anti virus and AVS video software or any settings I should make to solve this very annoying problem? Thank you.
