Hello,

Today one of my files (ragnarok.exe, the executable file for the online game Ragnarok Online) was also detected as Backdoor.Win32.Ceckno.DLL[at]18258572.
COMODO quarantined it.
I sent an email to the Ragnarok Online support and I left the file in quarantine for the moment because I was not sure if it was an error from COMODO or a real infection (sorry for my lack of knowledge about the subject…)
What should I do ?

Hello,

Please go to CIS Quarantine Items and restore the file. Then add it to the CIS Exception List.
Also, can you please submit the file to Comodo Firewall | Get Best Personal Firewall Software for $29.99 A Year so we can fix this issue?
