AVG Anti Resident sheild problems with Comodo firewall

AVG free edition/ Resident sheild keeps popping up every now & then saying the following;

I’ve tried adding COMODO to the Exception List in Resident Sheild but it doesn’t matter.
Is this a false positive?

It most certainly is a false positive from AVG. When you feel like it submit the FP to AVG so they can fix it.
