After upgrade the new version i have this probleme
CIS : 4.0.141842.828
Vir DB : 4583

It seems that they updated some languages with the latest CIS update and someone messed up. The position of string resource with id=“3414” in cfp.romanian.lang is wrong. You can fix it yourself by copying the right position from cfp.english.lang.template or use the file I attached and overwrite the original.
The files you need to edit or overwrite are in following folder:
C:\Program Files\COMODO\COMODO Internet Security\translations
Although I don’t speak Romanian it seems that the file might be outdated and there might be more problems. The current English version of the string with id=3414 is ‘A malicious item has been detected!’, and not ‘Virus has been detected!’ which was used in beta stage of CIS v4.
