AV-Comparatives

Yes I use it,too and Melih is right :-TU CİS Premium = CİS Pro (when we think protection, detection etc.)

retail chains have their own version of technical support and do not want a competitive one that is better and cheaper:)

Well it’s up to us… Comodo users to promote great products like CIS, CMS, etc. ;D

Numbers talk themselve ?

on my side… I offer and explain CİS, CD, CID, CMS, Secure DNS etc. to the my friends, my family, my neighbourhoods :azn:

many of them are very appreciate to Comodo :-TU

I don’t think AV-Comparatives is the best test. They give good scores to the worst products. Even Norton is not part of their tests.

because AVC gets payment from the best ones on their test 88)

The only true test that carries any weight is your own test.

Let’s leave the topic at that, please.

Well I would have liked Comodo to participate in AV Comparatives, but let’s face it AVC never made any effort to accomodate CIS in their dynamic tests. In fact now they are on a vendetta against Symantec as Symantec wanted to participate only in real world tests, so we’ll leave it here.

Fortunately we can rejoice over these impressive test results for Comodo. 6/6 for protection 3 times in latest tests carried out by AV Test.org

Happy New Year 2014!

Good to point out AV-tests reports ComoJust thanks and happy new year to you too

100% protection…thats what our users deserve!

Melih

Come on…we all know there is no such thing as 100% protection.

CIS comes close though.

As many products from other av vendors. Especially if you use layered approach (EMET, virtualisation etc).

I think Comodo has the best protection in the free category.

But the catch is that no AV can keep up and falls seriously short in bringing protection.

And let’s not forget. It’s layered and its all in one place.

What about the paid version(s)? I am using Comodo Internet Security 6 Pro - looking at it now I think it was a waste of money…

You can compare products… Internet Security Products From Comodo | PC Security Software

Then in paid as well.

If you test only detection - blacklisting. If AV relies on good enough HIPS, restrictions, virtualization … idk what to add then it should not have falls at all.

The paid versions give extra services. The program is the same for the paid and free versions.

An av does not rely on “HIPS, restrictions, virtualization … idk what”. That’s the problem with any AV only solution.
