Auto Sandbox disabled but comodo say it "green" / still secure

Clean install CIS on “Windows7 sp1 clean install” and both were full update.

if :

  1. Auto Sandbox set to disable, CIS ver. 6.3.302093.2976 activated the timer BUT said it still secure / “green mode in menu”

  2. HIPS set to disable, CIS ver. 6.3.302093.2976 not activated the timer AND said it still secure / “green mode in menu”

  3. Auto Sandbox AND HIPS, CIS ver. 6.3.302093.2976 activated the timer BUT said it still secure / “green mode in menu”

Does it still safe and secure if Auto Sandbox AND HIPS BOTH disable :o ??
Because Comodo display “SECURE” on its menu and Widget. ???

It does “at risk” only appears if you disable the firewall or antivirus modules.
