Auto-Sandbox blocks Shana Encoder v2.3 above

Hello there!
I have a problem with using Shana Encoder.
There was no trouble with Shana Encoder v2.2, but it happened when Shana upgraded to v2.3 above [Last update version is 2.4]

When I enable Auto-Sandbox, it blocks Shana Encoder, I guess.
I can execute Shana Encoder, but I can’t utilize! IT’S NOT WORKING!
If I want utilize it, I must disable Auto-Sandbox.

I want to know why this situation happened and how to fix that.

Hi NewKaon,

The mentioned application was probably not whitelisted. You should add the application to your “Trusted Files”.
Additionally, you could submit a whitelist request here.
