auto-sanbox preventing the microsoft report viewer to work

the profile is partially limited
in the image you can see the reason is a dll file generated by the program is put in the temp folder but CIS is preventing modifications to that file

that makes my wonder why CISis still blocking this kind of thing in the temp folder, programs are supposed to be able to do anything in that place ???
note:thats a program created with visual studio using the report Viewer

Do you really want a place where unknown programs can do anything they want? If so I recommend a sandbox, not the temp folder. It very common for viruses to enter through the temp folder, as they get downloaded and extracted.
