Just heard of Aurora virus

Is this real?

I heard it is a “zero-day” virus

Hi scanreg ,

First since you heard of this - it is not a “zero-day” anymore strictly speaking :wink:

That is new vulnerability of Internet Explorer and MS admitted that already

But keep in mind that there are actually two “Aurora” types - the virus and the Adware,
and those are separate issues

Please Google and you will find tons of info, responses from different security vendors and the ways they handling the issue
