At Risk "Defense+ is not functioning properly"

“Defense+ is not functioning properly”, this is the message I get from the program, and when I press the Fix It button, it starts and installation, but then an installation window message appears “Installation failed” :-\ and then another window that says “Diagnostics have found some errors and could not fix them automatically” ??? and it gives me the option to create a report.
Is there any way to fix this? would reinstall the whole application fix it?

Reinstalling CIS by following the advice I give in this post should be able to fix it.
