Are Comodo Dragon 36.1 and Chromium 36.1 the same?

I tried downloading the Comodo Dragon 36.1 using thw link that is posted in this forum:

And it does not download version 36.1, it keeps downloading version 33.1

I am able to download Chromium Secure 36.1 is this the same thing? Or should there be a different link to download Comodo Dragon 36.1? Please help.

Actually I think they are now, both share the same chromium core and the resource use it’s kind of the same:
Same tabs, same extensions with the same config, look the resources.

So what is the value of Dragon now if it is exactly the same as Google Chrome? Why bother with Dragon?
