This could very be a potentially unwanted program (PUP).
Please check in ‘Windows Control Panel’ under Programs & Features (Add & Remove Programs) for bettersurf or any other entries that you did not intentionally install.

i did not see any of the “symptoms” of the program just comodo saying it was there.

also i keep getting a false positive with a program called pokesav could you see wether its been tested by comodo?
it can be found here for download (to test)-> link removed by moderator (I do not know if its actually clean)

What exactly did CIS say? Can you post a screenshot of the AV logs?
